“A Spiritual Experience” : Hare Ram Hare Krishna-Religious Tattoo

A year ago, I had a truly spiritual experience with a pure soul who came to the studio to get her first religious tattoo: the holy mantra “Hare Ram Hare Krishna Mala” She is a devoted follower of Lord Krishna and shared with me her idea for a mantra tattoo around her neck, concluded with a pendant of Shri Krishna. As she described the design concept, I felt an instant connection, almost as if we were on the same spiritual vibe.

Concept Of Tattoo Design

The religious tattoo design details were meaningful to her. She wanted a necklace-style tattoo where the mantra “Hare Ram Hare Ram” would begin at the base of her neck. I listened very carefully to every detail and created a design of a Hindi script font to give the mantra a conventional, divine feel, flowing neatly around her neck and starting with the symbol of Om.

In the middle, she wanted a picture of Lord Krishna, inspired by her meditative image of him. I drew a fine line image of Shri Krishna, surrounded by soft rays to characterize wisdom and spiritual energy, The shading was elegant and fine, with the bold black style of the mantra. This involved a perfect balance, with the middle area feeling calm and delicate, almost like a holy light radiant from within, just as she had experienced in her meditations.

The other half of the religious tattoo continued with the mala “Hare Krishna Hare Krishna,” closer beautifully with the Swastika sign as she mentioned, a symbol of hope and prosperity. The Swastika achieved power and built a full-circle bond of faith and devotion.

She loved the final design and felt amazing with how I made her vision real. Now, she was excited to get the tattoo on her skin and expecting the moment she could carry this unconditional bond with Lord Krishna with her always. The whole design felt alive with power, reflecting both her faithfulness and the serenity she radiated. As I started, I felt a vast sense of calm and happiness, as if we were both vibe on a spiritual level. At that moment, we both felt the devotional energy surrounding us. My eyes filled with tears while sharing my experience with her and felt touched by the intense presence of Krishna. It was alike the spiritual soul was flowing between us, connecting us to the same experience of love and devotion.

What made this session even more special was how cool and cooperative she was, even the neck was a painful area for a tattoo. She didn’t shrink or move, instead chanting “Hare Krishna Hare Ram” during the session. I felt very grateful for the profound honor of tattooing a lovely client who came to 11 Tattoos – Piercing & Art Studio to get her first tattoo: “Hare Krishna Hare Ram”. I felt incredibly blessed to have been part of her spiritual journey in such a purposeful way.
